# Installing spout

hi guys, this is my spout setting, after pressing ok, it doesn’t work in any software, at the end i want to connect unity and after effect to resolume arena, please help me how can i do this.

Before changing anything, click “Diagnostics”, then the “Copy” button and paste the results here.

Also click the “Logs” button, look for the “SpoutSettings.log” file. This is a text file, so copy and paste the contents here as well.

Do the Demo sender and receiver work together or are they also affected?

If this is a laptop system, try setting “Auto Select” to “High Performance”.

The SpoutSettings program shows version 1.054, the latest is 1.058 in the [latest release 2.007.015](https://github.com/leadedge/Spout2/releases). Download that and try that version of SpoutSettings.

With this version you have a “Remove” button to clear the registry of all Spout settings. Do that first, then open it and click OK again.
