# Uisng Spout to send video from Fragment flow to TD

Im trying to send video through spout to Touch Designer to render the output in TD as its not possible in Fragment Flow…any ideas or anyone know how to do this…  
Im new to the visual world…  
will appreciate support.

Hello Kamaru,

I checked Fragment Flow and the manual briefly mentions streaming output via Spout but it’s not clear how to do that. I can’t test to confirm because there is no demonstration program to download, but that is the first thing you need to achieve.

If you have not already done so, download the latest [Spout update](https://leadedge.github.io/spout-download.html) and follow the instructions to set it up. Then for testing, use the Spout demo receiver to receive from Fragment Flow.

If that works OK, you can receive from Fragment Flow in TouchDesigner using the [Syphon/Spout input TOP](https://docs.derivative.ca/Syphon_Spout_In_TOP).

If you have any difficulties, I am sure that the Fragment Flow or TouchDesigned forums would help you.
