Spout version 2.007.011 is released.

Mostly code revisions for developers. SpoutSettings now sets Nvidia “Threaded Optimization” ‘Off’ by default due to problems reported of slow frame rate if set to ‘Auto’. Improved diagnostics for “SpoutPanel”, the sender selection dialog, should assist with tracing problems.
