Spout OBS Output Auto Start

Hi! I’m having an issue with OBS and spout where I uncheck AutoStart and no matter what, it automatically starts and uses a ton of resources on my gpu. Any ideas how to fix this? I use Spout2 Capture as a source but never use the Spout Output that keeps automatically starting.
