Hi
Spoutcam works well as a video capture device in obs and shows the spout2 plugin output from obs properly. However, when I use it in zoom or chrome (google meet) it shows static noise.
What am I doing wrong ?

This has been a problem for some time and is unresolved.
If you can get a Spout input into OBS, try the OBS virtual camera
