How to connect a compiled Unity 3D game

I am trying to make a game made with Unity3d and compiled with the Windows version.
I am trying to make an interactive game using Madmapper.
Is there any way to link it with the compiled game other than linking it with the view on Unity3d program?
If that is possible, how should I do it when compiling the game?
Do I need to install Unity3d on my PC to link it with Madmapper?

The only way to link Spout to a compiled program is to use screen capture. I suggest you try a Win32 capture program that is modified for Spout output. It will capture individual windows even if they are obscured. You can then pick up the Spout output with MadMapper.
